Carpets are a hugely popular choice of flooring, especially in areas of the home where comfort is crucial, like living rooms and bedrooms. Carpet defines a variety of flooring in which a material is either woven or tufted to a backing cloth. It is always recommended to install carpet with a layer of underlay underneath, as this will increase the appearance of the carpet, as well as extending its life and providing better sound and thermal insulation.
