Although tiling is more frequently used to protect bathroom and kitchen walls, it can be a very appealing flooring option. Relatively affordable, floor tiling is available in a multitude of designs and styles and is ideal for use in many rooms of your home. Floor tiling is usually used on bathroom or kitchen floors as it is easy to clean and very strong, as well as being moisture proof. Floor tiles are typically made from ceramic or porcelain, however they can be purchased in many other choices of material such as slate, marble and limestone, each of which will have a different appearance and durability.
When installing floor tiling, it is vital to ensure that the base surface is as clean and level as possible. Tiling also often needs an extra backing board to be laid on top of the current floor so as to guarantee a flat finish and to preserve the lifespan of your tiles. After this extra board is installed, a layer of mortar is used to adhere the tiles down, and then the gaps in between are filled with grout to seal the tiles against moisture. The installation of tiles yourself can be a difficult job which may require lots of tile cutting, and any mistakes can be very costly to correct or even cause damage to your floor, so choose an expert to lay your floor tiling. Experienced tiling companies can advise you on the perfect tile to use for your room, and guarantee the fitting is of a superior standard.

Epping is a market town and civil parish in the Epping Forest district of the County of Essex, England. It is located around 3 miles (5 km) northeast of Loughton, 5 miles (8 kilometres) south of Harlow and 11 miles (18 km) northwest of Brentwood. The town encompasses a total area of 2.98 square miles. According to the 2011 Census, Epping has a permanent population of 11461, which has actually increased somewhat from the 11047 citizens documented in the 2001 Census. The majority of the population reside in the built-up region located on and around the High Street (B1393) and Station Road. Although it is the terminus for London Underground’s Central Line, the town is characterised by some aspects of rurality, being encompassed by Epping Forest and working farmland. Epping is home to a number of extremely old structures, much of which are Grade I and II listed structures. The town also holds on to its weekly market. Dating back to 1253, the market takes place every Monday and continues to catch the attention of a high variety of consumers from neighboring regions. In spite of the reality that the popular Epping Butter, which was in high demand throughout the 18th and 19th centuries, is no longer made, the well-known Epping sausages continue to be produced by Church’s Butchers who have been trading on the same site ever since 1888. Epping is the home of Hallows End Haunt, an annual Halloween Home Haunt created by a local family to provide members of the neighborhood with a safe place to trick or treat. For all of your home developments, make sure to find trusted contractors in Epping to make certain of quality.
